  • A rooftop terrace was created for the residential flats, serving as an amenity space with beautiful views overlooking the local landscape and surrounding areas.
  • The rooftop extension was covered with zinc cladding to provide a bold finish.
  • This is a hand sketch produced on site whilst we exposed and checked the existing foundation.
  • We exposed a humungous beam measuring over 400mm in height which was supporting the existing structure, for the large open plan reception.

  • These are part of the architectural drawings we had prepared for the proposal, and were used to form part of the documents in succesfully obtaining planning permission.
  • Here is an image of the roof under construction, the timber roof joists are exposed in preparation of forming the warm roof deck.
  • The shell structure is taking shape, with the steel beams, and timber roof and wall construction well under way.
