• The existing bridge was outdated and needed a replacement to serve the golfers.
• This bridge would serve as a crossing over a stream for golfers passing by foot.
• This bridge would form access over the golf range for golfers travelling by buggies.

Refurbished Commercial Basement & Ground Floor

• A rooftop terrace was created for the residential flats, serving as an amenity space with beautiful views overlooking the local landscape and surrounding areas.
• The rooftop extension was covered with zinc cladding to provide a bold finish.
• This is a hand sketch produced on site whilst we exposed and checked the existing foundation.
• We exposed a humungous beam measuring over 400mm in height which was supporting the existing structure, for the large open plan reception.

CHELMSFORD

Nine New Build Apartments

• The land was purchased with planning permission in place for the erection of a new build block.
• A vaulted roof was formed to maximise the space along with a number of roof windows to allow natural light to flood the mezzanine floor.
• A bespoke glass baluster was installed along the staircase with a grand finish.

• These are part of the architectural drawings we had prepared for the proposal, and were used to form part of the documents in succesfully obtaining planning permission.
• Here is an image of the roof under construction, the timber roof joists are exposed in preparation of forming the warm roof deck.
• The shell structure is taking shape, with the steel beams, and timber roof and wall construction well under way.
• Roof and walls have been plasterboarded ready for plastering and final finishes.

We were commissioned by a charity organisation to provide structural engineering remedial actions for a lifting beam. Following the completion of our engineering report, the client approached us for the construction works. We completed the remedial works and ensured the lifting beam was fit for use.
